At CrediNotes, we are committed to providing a secure and transparent payment experience for all our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the terms related to purchasing educational and general notes through our website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI (India only)

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal — as applicable)

All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. CrediNotes does not store any sensitive card or payment information on its servers.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are clearly listed on the product pages.

  • Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Order Confirmation

  • After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a receipt and download link (if applicable).

  • If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at notescredi@gmail.com.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed and the content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

    • Duplicate payment

    • File corruption (and replacement not possible)

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery from our end

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at notescredi@gmail.com, including your order details and reason for the request.

If your payment fails or you experience technical issues during checkout:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable

  • Double-check your payment credentials

  • Retry using a different method if necessary

6. Fraudulent Transactions
